The printed product is first exposed to weak UV light, so that the ink surface layer is completely cured, the interior is in a semi-cured state, and the surface UV ink is cured due to shrinkage. 4. UV Screen Printing Ice Ink

UV screen printing ice printing ink is usually printed on gold and silver cardboard with high gloss. The printed product is first irradiated with weak UV light, so that the ink surface is cured and the interior is in a semi-cured state. Then, the UV ink is irradiated with strong UV light to cure all the UV inks, thereby producing an ice-sprinkling effect. 5. UV Screen Printing Refractive Ink

UV screen printing and refraction printing ink is suitable for printing on all kinds of gold, silver cardboard and mirror paper by using specially made screens. After being irradiated by UV light, the ink film has obvious refraction effect.

6. UV Screen Printing Crystalline Ink

In the UV screen printing crystal grain ink, a blocking agent is added, and the crystal line is formed due to the difference of the surface curing speed and the internal curing speed, and is mainly used for the decoration process of crystals and lines on the surfaces of glass and metal.
