As in the following example program, according to the different control loops, the program is divided into alarm loop, instruction loop, inverter control loop, communication loop and protection loop, etc. Although the program is still executed sequentially, Because the related programs of the same control object are placed in the same program, it is easier to read and communicate.
The method of establishing a classification procedure is simple. First, just right-click any of these items, and select "New" in the pop-up window, as shown below:

But when we write a new program (even if there is only one MAIN project) or add a new program item to the original program, we should pay attention to it. It is not the case that the new program item is downloaded to the PLC. If you simply do this, although there is a new project program in the CPU, the PLC does not scan and execute the program. Of course, there will be no output from the program (when monitoring the program, the PLC input can still be monitored To), the phenomenon shown in the figure below may appear in this section of the program. Although there are inputs, the output coil does not move, which may be a little incomprehensible.
The solution to this phenomenon is to introduce the newly added program items into the PLC scanning process. The specific method is as follows:
1. Double-click "PLC Parameters" in the PLC Project Manager.
2. In the pop-up "CPU parameter setting" window, click the "Program" tab, then click the newly added program item in the program list on the left, then click "Insert", and finally specify the program item "Execution type".
3. The result after adding is as shown in the figure below. At the end, click “Finish†to save, and then download the PLC parameters to the CPU.
Sometimes it is not allowed to stop the online modification of the program, and the download of PLC parameters must be downloaded in the stopped state, so how to solve this problem?
My solution is to write this program to the program that the PLC has scanned and executed, so that the readability may be almost worse, you can also add an inter-line statement on the first line of the newly added program, indicating that it is new The added program is as shown in the figure below, so that there is no need to stop the program when downloading the program and declaration.
