Determination of Aflatoxin in Nut Foods by Liquid Chromatography and Iodine Post Derivatization

The aflatoxin in nut foods was detected by liquid chromatography with iodine post-derivative method. The sample was purified by immunoaffinity column, injected with liquid chromatography analysis, and detected by fluorescence detector after derivatization by iodine solution column. The method is simple, fast and easy to operate. Aflatoxin B1, G1 linear range 0.01 ~ 0.05 μg / mL, B2, G2 linear range 0.003 ~ 0.015 μg / mL, linear correlation coefficient R are above 0.999, LOD and LOQ range are 0.060 ~ 0.159 ng / mL and 0.200, respectively ~ 0.530 ng / mL, the recovery rate is between 89% and 102%.
