3. Humidity rises slowly or not at all
Self-solution 1: Check whether the humidity OUT on the controller has output, or 100% output;
Self-solution 2: Check whether the SSR2 signal lamp is lit, if it is lit, you can use a clamp meter to measure the current;
If there is no current, it may be the following reasons:
a. FQ2 circuit breaker tripped, cutting off the heating path;
b. The humidified solid state relay SSR is damaged, there is signal input but it cannot be turned on
c. The humidification tube is damaged;
If the humidity signal is input on the controller, but the signal indicator on the SSR is not on, you need to focus on checking the water level detection float of the humidification water tray (or humidification boiler) to see if the float is not floated because it is not enough, or the water level Enough is enough, but the floating ball is damaged causing no action, and the humidification signal is sent to the SSR from the surface, and the humidification cannot be performed;
If there are more than two humidification tubes, check if some of the humidification tubes are not working, resulting in insufficient humidification capacity. The temperature and humidity point of the test is just at the switching point of high humidity and low humidity. The dehumidification capacity is too large, which causes the humidity to rise. Feedback the factory in time, and the factory provides technical support to change or upgrade the parameters.
