Another similar product EP21TDC-2AN has an elongation of 31%, a thermal conductivity of 2.6 W/(m•K), a tensile strength exceeding 7.4 MPa, and a peel strength exceeding 2.62 kN/m. Its -185-120°C long-term performance exceeds that of a variety of other flexible compounds, such as polysulfides, for cryogenic applications. The cured product also has good electrical insulation, and the volume resistivity is >1012 Ωm. EP30D-9 is a wear-resistant elastomer, combining the strength of epoxy resin, chemical resistance and flexibility of polyurethane, wear-resistant advantages, can be used for bonding, sealing, casting and packaging. EP30HT is Masterpald's transparent, epoxy product for bonding, casting, coating and potting applications. This product has an optical transparency of more than 97%, physical and mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance. Operating temperature range is -50-205°C. This epoxy is moderate in viscosity, easy to apply, suitable for potting and pouring. The adhesive has good dimensional stability and the shrinkage after curing is -7.62X10-6m. EP30HT is firmly bonded and resistant to water, oils and most organic solvents. For the same and different materials, including metal, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubber, and many plastics excellent adhesion, shear strength exceeds 22MPa. The cured adhesive had a volume resistivity of >1017 Ωm, a dielectric strength of 17.6 kV/mm, and a dielectric constant D (1 MHz) of 3.46. The company's polymer system EP37LV-1 is a two-component, low-viscosity, water-resistant, chemical-resistant, low-temperature cure, high-performance epoxy composition developed based on the company's curing technology. This product can be soaked in water, dilute acids and alkalis, acetone, toluene and other liquid media for a long period of time. A large amount of aggregates, sand, soil and other materials can be added. Its applications include grouting, smoothing and concrete repair (wet parts) And for marine coatings, floor coating, and alternatives to copper joint fluxes, the bond strength of copper pipe joints exceeds 9.3 MPa. MasterBond has successfully developed a new, highly flexible, two-component epoxy compound, EP40, with excellent shear and peel strength. It is specifically designed for bonding, sealing and casting of engineering plastics and metals. The compound can be easily cured at room temperature, the ratio is not strict, 1:1 (mass or volume ratio)

EP40 has a good heat cycle and mechanical vibration and impact resistance. Excellent electrical insulation (even in long-term exposure to harmful environments). This product has low viscosity, convenient operation, excellent adhesion to many substrates, such as engineering plastics, polycarbonate, acrylic, ABS and steel, aluminum and other metals, and shear and peel strength of polycarbonate. The shear strengths of steel and aluminum were 6.9 MPa and 3.5 kN/m, which were 12.4 MPa and 10.3 MPa, respectively, and the service temperature was -37.7-110°C. EP45HTMed is a two-component adhesive, stable, tough, heat shock resistant, chemical resistant, can withstand 27-260 °C long-term exposure to repeated sterilization, glass transition temperature> 185 °C.

The fast-curing universal adhesive EP51M can be cured in 3 minutes. The operating time is half an hour and the bonding shear strength is >13.8 MPa. EP62-1Med is a specially designed medical two-component adhesive that can withstand steam, ethylene oxide: helium, radiation and chemical sterilization. The EP65HT-1 (10-20g) can be solidified within 3-5min at room temperature and completely cured in a few hours. Supreme3HT-80 is a one-component, high-strength adhesive that cures at 80°C for 30 minutes and has excellent impact, thermal shock, vibration, and stress fatigue crack resistance.

Fosroc Chemical Industries of India has introduced a thixotropic epoxy NitobondPC adhesive for stage construction.
