Second, high-grade water-based ink manufacturing process

According to the formula, acrylic resin solution, ethanol and partially deionized water are put into the dispersion tank, and the mixture is stirred and dispersed evenly.

1. The required pigment and 0.3 parts of defoamer formulated into the disperser must be dispersed and mixed evenly.

2. Disperse the material and move it to the sand mill for grinding. Grind 3-4 tracks. Measure the fineness to 15um or less, otherwise continue grinding until the fineness reaches the requirement.

4. Move the ground material into the dispersion tank, and in turn press the formula to weigh 831 emulsion, 824 emulsion, water-based wax, propylene glycol butyl ether, remaining defoamer and deionized water into the dispersion tank and disperse uniformly. After that. (Disperser speed is controlled at around 300-500 rpm)

Third, the production process notes and quality control

a) Before starting operation, first check whether the production equipment is clean and whether it can operate normally.

b) The production workshop must be far away from the fire source, and the cooling and ventilation, the sealing of the sander, and the cooling are in good condition.

c) The amount of raw materials needed to be weighed strictly according to the recipe.

d) Operate in strict accordance with the order of feeding.

e) After various raw materials are introduced into the plant, small batches of laboratory production should be conducted first to ensure the quality of industrial products.
