I. Introduction

In order to better promote the development of China’s mountaineering undertakings, and strengthen mountain training to meet the needs of the majority of mountaineering enthusiasts, the China Mountaineering Association is scheduled to be held in Bogda, Xinjiang Tianshan Mountains from August 18, 2005 to August 31, 2005. The second phase of training in mountain skills was held in the region.

Alpine Skills Training aims to systematically learn and master the technical operation skills and practical experience of various mountain terrain activities for mountaineering adventures, develop and improve trainees’ awareness of safety and risk, and use different routes of climbing to consolidate skills and skills. strengthen. Students who pass the mountain skill assessment can enter the training and certification of mountain guide qualifications.

The training site is near the Bogda Peak in Xinjiang, where the terrain is rich and the altitude is relatively low.

II: Alpine Skills Training Course

(I) Training main content

Raising the awareness of safety, science and environmental protection in mountain adventure activities and mastering the personal skills of climbing activities mainly include:

Mountain equipment use and maintenance; mountaineering knots; mountain topography, geography, physiological knowledge; avalanche knowledge; various types of terrain climbing, protection techniques, including various grades of ice and snow crampons and hail technology, slide braking , ice-snow technologies such as group marching, route selection and self-rescue of cracks, rescue techniques, rock climbing techniques, camp management and emergency shelters, environmental protection rules, etc.
