Avalanche risk assessment

To evaluate an avalanche with incomplete information, like a blind man touching an image, will get a wrong conclusion and be more dangerous. To fully assess the danger of avalanches, we can start from four perspectives: (1) topography (2) snow formation (3) weather (4) human quality. When you are on ice and snow, whether you choose to go forward or find a camp, you must always ask yourself the following four questions:

(1) Is the terrain prone to avalanche?
(2) Is the snow stable?
(3) Are weather conditions likely to cause an avalanche?
(4) Is your decision reasonable? Do you have the right knowledge to make the right decision?

How to find the correct answer to these questions?
