In terms of appearance, they are not big but different, and their tests are quite different. What is the difference between a constant temperature and humidity test chamber and a high and low temperature alternating box? The difference between the two types of equipment is briefly explained.
First of all, what do you mean by understanding your "high and low temperature alternating box"?
1. Only do high temperature and low temperature without humidity, directly called high and low temperature test chamber. Also called "high and low temperature alternating test chamber";
2. To do high temperature and low temperature, and to be able to do humidity and cycle, we call high and low temperature wet heat alternating test chamber, constant temperature and humidity chamber;
The general constant temperature and humidity chamber can do the "wet heat exchange test" but depending on the alternating test conditions you have made, if you want to buy equipment, you should inform the supplier of your requirements before you buy the equipment. So that the equipment can be designed and debugged according to your requirements. Of course, depending on the conditions you mention, the price of the manufacturer is different.
Constant temperature and humidity box: Generally speaking, the temperature is 15 degrees to 85 degrees, and the humidity can be 20% to 98% RH. Of course, lower humidity can be made according to requirements. We call it low temperature and low humidity test chamber.
High and low temperature wet heat alternating test chamber: the general temperature will be -20 degrees or lower, and the humidity can be made (only limited to 15~85 degrees). The damp heat alternation test is mainly: during a certain period of time, the temperature remains constant and the humidity is tested according to the rate of change you set, or vice versa. There are also tests that require temperature and humidity to vary simultaneously at a set rate. The general constant temperature and humidity test is to control the humidity after the temperature arrives first (in a word: alternating means controlling temperature and humidity at the same time).
