1. Check if the following items are correct:
1. Is the power supply, voltage and phase number in compliance with the regulations (please check the nameplate)
2. Is the piping connection part locked?
3. Is the dryer placed properly?
4. Whether the ambient temperature exceeds the rated value. (Water-cooled type checks if the cooling water pump is running and whether the water pressure is sufficient)
5. Does the dryer inlet temperature exceed the rating?
Second, operate the dryer sequence:
1. Stop the air compressor (or close the dryer inlet and outlet valves).
2. Turn the switch to the ON position. At this time, the indicator light is on, the dryer starts running, the refrigerant evaporates, and the thermometer indicates that it is within the range of 30~40 PSIG. (Applicable to R-12 refrigerant) R-22 refrigerant should be indicated between 60~70PSIG. After about 5 minutes, the internal dehumidifier of the dryer can achieve the required coldness.
3. Open the ball valve at the top of the automatic drainer and the water removed by the dryer will flow into the automatic drain. (The automatic drain valve can be kept in the "on" position at any time)
4. Start the air compressor (or open the dryer inlet and outlet valves) and observe if the refrigerant evaporation temperature gauge is within the normal range.
5. Make a form to record the air inlet and outlet pressure values, the high and low pressure values ​​of the refrigerant, and the operating current of the dryer. (If there is any abnormality, please refer to the inspection report form)
6. When shutting down, first turn off the air source, then cut the switch into the OFF position.
Third, the operation of the dryer should pay attention to:
1. It is best to vent the residual air in the main pipe before operation.
2. Try to avoid using it under no load.
3. Operate the switch to avoid continuous switching to avoid overloading. (The time to shut down and restart should be more than 3 minutes)
