Phenomenon: According to the introduction of machine and desk personnel, the machine has several sheets of inaccurate left and right threads in the printing process. There are sometimes no problems during printing, and sometimes one sheet is inaccurate.
Overhaul: Observe the structure of paper feeding and cutting teeth in the paper feeding section. The paper is skewed. When the front gauge is reached, there is a paper ejection phenomenon. The side regular newspaper is very good. This is very inconsistent with the characteristics of paper feeding and feeding; the paper is stable and reliable. That is, when the paper transported by the feeding tooth reaches the front gauge, the speed is equal to zero to avoid rebound or curling when the paper reaches the front gauge. According to this principle and the phenomenon of damage to the structure of the feeding tooth decay, if the distance between the two sides of the feeding tooth is found to be unequal, or skewed during the conveying process, check whether the bearings 31 and 36 and the slide rails H and K exist. gap. Disassemble the aluminum sheet for paper feeding and check the structure of the feeding tooth. Sure enough, there is a gap between the bearings 31, 36 and the slide rails H and K. Check the wear of the slide rails and the bearings. Both have a certain degree of wear and tear. H, K repair and adjust the clearance with the bearing 31, 36, and then check the three-hole stalk 28, found that the axis D activity. The three-hole connecting rod 28 is removed and one of the two bearings on the shaft D is broken.
After the replacement of the new bearing, the test machine, the transfer paper tooth decay is very stable, the side rules are also very good newspapers. Test printing, set line is still good or bad, and good, occasionally bad a few, and the bad is only about half the line, the upper and lower overprinting is accurate, after repair much lighter than before, but not completely resolved. Check the delivery process of the paper feed: The speed is gradually increased from low to high, and the paper transfer is completed at a stationary and relatively stationary state. This process is correct. Exclude this failure and get into trouble. Analyzing the phenomenon of the paper feeding mechanism and the machine in the drawing, it seems that the sector gears 25 and 26 are worn, causing the meshing backlash to become larger, and dismantling again, as expected. Buy parts for it, test printing, troubleshooting.
Lessons learned: This failure may seem like a minor problem, but it is a complicated paper feeding mechanism failure. Did not pay attention to the beginning, resulting in repeated dismantling, causing great losses. I hope that my colleagues in the printing industry think that I am ashamed.
