Corrugated box anti-pressure test tooling

The corrugated paper box's anti-pressure performance is an important technical quality index of the corrugated paper box. The corrugated paper box's anti-pressure test is a test that the formed carton can produce deformation and damage under the specified weight and pressure.

In order to carry out this test, the author produced a simple carton anti-pressure test fixture, which is simple in structure, easy to use, and meets the test conditions. Figure: (slightly)

The main parts and related problems in axonometric drawings are described below.

Item 1 in the axonometric drawing is a trapezoid, a threaded rod; item 2 is a plate rod for rotating item 1 threaded rod, item 3 is a beam, and a trapezoidal nut that fits with a trapezoidal screw is welded in between, item 5 is a support Item 4: Supporting vertical beams of beams, two vertical beams respectively welded to item 3 beam and item 9 base. Item 7 is a pressure block. The weight of the pressure block is determined by the value of the pressure resistance of the corrugated box. Item 6 is the arm There are two branches, made of flat steel, and a through-hole groove is formed at one end of the support arm. The width of the groove is greater than the diameter of the crossbar of item 4. The other ends of the two arms are respectively welded (or fixed with screws) on both sides of the lowest pressure block, and Item 4 is a cross bar passing through the slot of the two arms (item 6). In the middle of the processing of a hole (refer to Figure 2 omitted), the lower end of the entry 1 trapezoidal screw has a bearing position, the end of the thread section, the lower end of the item 1 through the hole in the middle of the 4 bar, and then loaded with thrust The ball bearing, the threaded section of the end is equipped with a nut (2 nuts) to hold the thrust ball bearing. The use of assembled thrust ball bearings is relatively labor-saving when rotating a trapezoidal screw to raise or lower a pressure block. Item 8 is a tested corrugated box product; item 9 is a base.

Test operation:

1 Rotate the item 2 lever to drive the screw to rotate and raise the pressure block to a position higher than the height of the carton.

2 Place the test cartons on the base of item 9. The top of the carton is aligned with the pressure block.

3 Turn the screw and lower the pressure block until the pressure block (item 7) is vertically pressed on the top surface of the carton. Then, turn the screw to make the cross bar of item 4 and the through hole of item 6 on the arm. Cross walls do not touch. Obviously, the weight of the pressure block in this state (including the two arms fixed to the bottom pressure block 6) has been fully weighed on the test carton. At this time, it can be observed whether the tested carton is deformed or damaged.

4 After the test is completed, turn the screw and lift the pressure block to remove the test carton.

It should be noted that items 3 and 5 can be made of copper plate or channel steel. The base material of item 9 is generally made of 6 mm steel plate. The pressure block of item 7 may be made of a plurality of steel plate materials (each 25 kg or 10 kg, 5 kg, etc.) or a 3 mm thick steel plate processed into a box containing weights such as stones, scrap steel, etc. , Only to achieve the required pressure and weight on the line, does not affect the use of the effect, but also can save material costs.
