1. First, the parts related to the high and low temperature test chamber, all need to be matched with high temperature resistance, and the original standard configuration cannot be used;

2. When the high temperature test exceeds 150 ℃, the structure of the test box cannot be the traditional upper and lower structure, and it should be changed to the front and rear structure or the left and right structure, which is to separate the refrigeration unit from the test box body, because the high temperature part is too high, which will cause refrigeration The effect is slow, and the long-term high temperature effect on the life of the compressor is a wear-resistant test, so it must be separated.

3. Observation windows are not recommended for temperatures above 200 ° C. The observation window is a transparent window on the door of the test chamber using double-layer vacuum partition glass. When turning on the lighting, you can see all the corners inside the test chamber. The test condition of the tested sample can be observed carefully. We do not recommend installation if the temperature exceeds 200 ° C. The reason is that when the temperature in the box is higher than 200 ° C, the heat will be transferred to the outside of the box. The surface temperature can be controlled within 60 degrees, when people touch it will not affect the scald or discomfort, and because the observation window uses vacuum chemical glass, so when the temperature of the test chamber reaches 300 degrees, the temperature of the observation window will reach 100 Above the temperature, there is a risk of burns when people touch it. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the observation window when the temperature is too high, but if the user must touch the measured condition of the tested sample in actual use, we are installing the observation window During the process, the anti-scalding warning sign will be posted and the corresponding cold treatment will be done. This point needs special instructions from the user when ordering.
