Later, there was no way to change the distance so that the distance between the paper and the flipper was only 1 to 2mm. Even then, when the full car is opened, there are many unprinted sheets. Because the gap is small and the paper is slightly skewed, it is easy to cause waste and even to wipe off the eraser.

At the end of the work, when we wiped the impression cylinder, we stumbled upon the fact that the two positioning screws on the left and right sides that were used to position the brace springs were slightly loose under the side bar, and one of them had been worn out very deeply. Slot. So we replaced the worn one with a new one and tightened the two screws in place so that they did not loosen.

Boot printing, overprinting is accurate. Analysis of the reasons, the original two screws and pull rods work synchronously, because the screws are loose and grooves, so that tension pull spring is not enough, pull the tongue when the boot is pulled in place, in fact, the pull bar is not in place, wipe roller At that time, if half of the paperboard is turned up and the chain linking the brace is not working, then the brace will not move.
