In order to further improve the level of education informatization, make full use of advanced educational technology to promote the change of learning methods, bring students more individualized learning experience, make learning more autonomous and more interactive, in June 2012, Hangzhou Shangcheng District was launched "Mobile Learning" project. 13 schools including Hangzhou Jianlan Middle School, Shengli Primary School, Times Primary School, Yinmajing Lane Primary School, Funing Lane Primary School, and the First Affiliated Primary School of Hangzhou Normal University passed the independent declaration and became the first batch of pilot schools. The project has adopted a collaborative approach between schools and enterprises, complementing each other's strengths and jointly exploring a mobile learning model suitable for primary and secondary education. Led by the Education College of Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City, it organizes the teaching and research staff of various disciplines and key teams of the project school to actively invest in the "mobile learning" project research, put forward the needs of education and teaching, and design and implement the "mobile learning" activity plan in different situations.
