2. Demand analysis

The bank's ATM video surveillance system (ie, ATM CCTV) is no longer a traditional closed-circuit television surveillance system. It has moved to a network, and its functions have been transformed from a traditional single security function into a dual function that takes into account security and solves commercial disputes. According to the actual needs of customers, the video networking system should take into account the following:

1. ATM networked institutions: the original matrix monitoring system of the branch building, which has 43 branches, 5 self-service banks, 4 off-line ATMs and other business institutions.

3. Network resources: The branch has a 20M bandwidth dedicated network for optical fiber communication; each branch is equipped with a 2M independent video dedicated network; the self-service bank reuses a dedicated private network, and 1.5M in 2M is used for video surveillance networking; each off-line ATM machine is ADSL method.

3. Design points of ATM monitoring system

The design of this system is mainly based on the actual requirements of bank users, industry design specifications, and engineering design experience, as well as in-depth adjustments in accordance with the site conditions and the requirements of relevant persons in charge.

With the popularization of the digitalization of bank monitoring systems, various decentralized independent systems can no longer meet the needs of various aspects of security management work, and bank monitoring networking has become imperative. If the establishment of independent monitoring systems for business outlets is a need for safety precautions, then the establishment of a comprehensive security network system is the need for effective management and maintenance.

According to the author's understanding of the bank's security and technology departments, as well as the research of the bank's existing systems, it is known that there is no national standard for a banking network system in the industry, and only some local trials in some large cities (such as Beijing and Shanghai) Industry standards, and many of the so-called bank networking products and solutions on the market cannot meet the needs of establishing an "integrated management system".

The establishment of advanced and pragmatic design concepts is the basis for the successful construction of the system. From the perspective of the bank, the ultimate goal of the integrated management system should be to provide a platform. Under the management of this platform, all organizations (branch, branch, self-service bank, etc.), equipment (monitoring equipment, audio equipment, alarm equipment, storage equipment, etc.), systems (monitoring system, alarm system, access control system), etc. All the managed objects should be combined into an organism to coordinately serve the monitoring and management objectives of the bank. But it needs to be emphasized that this platform is not "omnipotent". When the platform is established, one-sided pursuit of big and comprehensive can not be pursued, some functional modules on the surface rather than specific business needs of the bank, just to build the platform for the establishment of the platform. Therefore, the design idea of ​​this system is based on the establishment of the bank's original monitoring system and made the following improvements:

(1) The focus of management authority is shifted back

In the traditional monitoring system, the security personnel at the front-end business outlets generally have administrator rights and can perform all operations of the monitoring system. After the establishment of the "Integrated Management System", the security personnel of the front-end business outlets only have the "monitoring" authority for real-time monitoring of the imaging machine, video playback viewing, and alarm information query. Alarm system settings, etc., are all controlled and managed by the central control center.

All the bank's video materials are stored in the DVR of each business outlet, which can effectively avoid the damage or loss of the video data transmission due to network failure. However, due to the limited storage capacity of the equipped hard disk (generally 31 days) and the management mechanism, all recorded data face two information security issues: One is the safety of the recorded data. Once the recorded data cannot be queried, it is difficult to confirm clearly Is it a faulty operation of the staff, or is there a problem with the DVR device itself; another is the security of the video content. Some video materials related to major cases and business disputes, due to the lack of effective supervision and distribution to the society, will cause unexpected and serious consequences . The unified management of the general control center can effectively avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.

(2) Integrated system linkage to establish a management platform to facilitate police management

Organically combine video, audio and alarm, with particular emphasis on the construction and integration of various access control management systems, integrate the original 110 alarm system, and establish a unified management platform. Bank alarm systems generally link 110 alarms, but the high false alarm rate is a problem that has not been solved, so the industry has emerged as a secondary alarm service company. After the establishment of the "Integrated Management System", a number of alarm and access control information will be confirmed by the network of the central control center to completely solve the problem of false alarms.

As a result, all security affairs and business disputes can be collected by the branch's general control center or branch control centers at all levels to facilitate coordination with public security agencies, making security work more systematic and professional.

2. System function

In this plan, branches are used as the first-level network hub of the entire system, and each branch has a second-level network node. Reserved ports and system expansion
