The special positioning method has a strong adaptability to the complex shape of the print, such as printing of the front and rear fan-shaped glass pieces of the car, and the positioning is accurate (±0.1mm). For the easy-to-scratch and non-scratched prints, the equipment work surface is treated with a special process, so that the table is not scratched and wear-resistant, and the friction coefficient is low.

Using Mitsubishi (MITSUBISHI) PLC working system, friendly touch screen man-machine interface operating panel, each adjustment mechanism configuration high-precision position display, and a fault display system and optoelectronic protection device. The head is horizontal and moves up and down, using a worm gear reducer with a safety brake motor to control the speed and stability, and it is stable up and down. The frequency conversion is used to control the squeegee speed, and the squeegee and overlay can be adjusted at different speeds. l The screen adjustment adopts X, Y axis movement alignment, which is simple and accurate. The oil return knife can be set to cover the ink in advance, and cover the ink during printing to reduce the phenomenon of screen plate and shadow.

The squeegee uses a constant pressure device. After the squeegee is pressed to set the printing pressure, it can automatically compensate for the irregular thickness of the print.

The oil return knife adopts a constant pressure device, and the pressure can be arbitrarily set to have an automatic compensation function. The thickness of the ink can be covered, and any control can be performed without generating a shock wave. l It can set the scraper and cover the ink knife to repeat the operation without moving the wire frame, and the accuracy is not deformed.

This machine's various actions are controlled by Mitsubishi (MITSUBISHI) PLC in Japan. It can reduce the failure rate and is easy to maintain. It adopts the Mitsubishi (MITSUBISHI) man-machine interface operation control, which can obviously display the wrong operation and various instruction prompts; the power supply control system adopts Schneider (Japan) and Japan Panasonic (NAIS) electrical components; Japan Mitsubishi (MITSUBISHI) frequency converter is used in conjunction with Taiwan Liming (LiMing) deceleration motor; Japan THK linear guideway and MEGADYNE timing belt are adopted for printing transmission. The top of the head adopts Taiwan Liming worm gear reducer and brake motor; all gas parts are original, the cylinder adopts the British NORGREN brand.
