1. The simulated transportation vibration test machine is a simulated automobile transportation test for the packaging box of the product. Do not perform the bare machine test of the product to avoid scratching and damaging the sample.
2. The weight of the test sample should not exceed the maximum load to avoid long-term overload use, which will lead to increased maintenance and shortened life of the testing machine.
3. Fixation of the test sample: place the item to be tested in the center of the workbench, move the four movable splints to fix the product with locking screws, and leave a gap of about 1 mm between each flat plate and the packaging box, not to clamp the sample firmly dead.
4. Turn on the power before the test, first turn the speed knob on the control panel to the left to the minimum, set the working time and then turn to the required vibration speed for the test (the speed cannot be lower than 180RPM).
